迪拜国际纯血马实习现在诚邀2016年申请

DITI是专门为中国大学毕业生而设立的全额资助实习项目，本次招募的为第五届学员，实习将于2016年7月开始至翌年4月结束。
在此期间，实习生们将前往澳大利亚、英国、爱尔兰、日本或美国其中一个国家，在当地的达利公司全面学习马匹饲养、兽医学、农学、种公马市场推广及营销、财务、人力资源及商业行政管理等专业学科。
实习还包括为期三周的迪拜参观考察，实习生们可以借此机会了解阿联酋的历史及文化，以及谢赫•穆罕默德酋长对阿联酋的发展做出的重大贡献。2017年3月期间，实习生们还将有机会前往迪拜亲身体验当地赛马业，出席谢赫·穆罕默德创办的世界上最昂贵的赛马比赛迪拜世界杯。
从2012年创办以来，DITI项目已经为超过60位优秀中国青年提供独特体验，他们当中许多人毕业于中国的顶尖院校，包括北京大学，复旦大学，上海交通大学，中山大学和香港大学等。
同时，作为一个国际项目，DITI也吸引了许多海外一流名校就读的中国学生，其中包括美国耶鲁大学，英国诺丁汉大学，法国拉罗谢尔商学院，澳大利亚悉尼大学和新加坡南洋理工大学等。
如今，DITI毕业生已就职于全球各大商业领域，许多毕业生都留在了马行业，为香港赛马会，内蒙古莱德马业，中国杰士马主俱乐部和澳大利亚神奇百万和达利公司等各大马业机构工作。
同时也有许多毕业生前往其他商业领域，就职于包括普华永道，德勤，罗兰贝格，中国万科集团，湘财证券，迪拜猎鹰国际以及迪拜旅游和商业发展局在内的知名机构。
也有部分毕业生选择继续求学深造，被迪拜商业实习，达利腾飞国际管理培训和伦敦商学院等录取。
DITI项目培训经理谭文熙表示：“我们很荣幸的宣布2016-2017届DITI项目将于2015年9月21日再度开放申请。从启动以来，DITI已经成功凝聚了一群来自不同专业背景的高素质人才，如今，我们期待迎来新一批精英申请者。”
达利将承担所有与项目相关的交通、住宿及学习费用，同时每月提供足额的生活津贴。
