DESS is designed to provide financial support to Chinese students who have an interest in equine studies.
Open to students at seven of China’s leading agricultural universities (Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Xinjiang Agricultural University, China Agricultural University, Qingdao Agricultural University, Nanjing Agricultural University, Wuhan Business College and South China Agricultural University), DESS is aimed at students who have completed a placement with horse clubs or organisations.
Upon submission of an application form, scholarship recipients will be selected according to GPA results and placement reports. Each recipient will be awarded RMB 15,000 to cover their tuition fees and living expenses during their final year of university.
The deadline for application in 2017 is on Thursday, 7 December.
